The location was stunning - just next door to Oregon and the river side and the river with seating outside to relax. The room was good sized with balcony and a jet tub, as example and safety measures included smoke detectors. The vibe here was quiet.

The toilet is absurdly low!!! Automatic doors would be ideal, especially with mobility devices!!! The tub needs non-slip mats or decals installed for safety!!!

I loved the location by the Rock River. The views from the balcony were fine. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was impeccably clean. I noticed that the carpet in the hallway was outdated and had some bleach stains, which didn't look great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The shower left something to be desired. The water pressure was weak. No breakfast service was a downside, but there were vending machines and coffee available.
